Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will: Monitor delivery officers throughout assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Track truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems. Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions. Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time delivery updates. Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards. Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making. Eligibility Requirements Applicants should: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Have 0–2 years of post-graduation experience. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
