We Are Hiring

FundrAI is looking for voices. Not just any voices — yours.

If you speak any of Nigeria's 26 indigenous languages as your native language, we have something important to tell you.

**Your voice is valuable. And at FundrAI, we are prepared to prove it.**

What We Are Building

FundrAI is on a mission to ensure that African languages are represented in the future of artificial intelligence. Right now, the AI systems that power voice assistants, translation tools, language keyboards, and smart devices barely understand African languages — not because our languages are not worthy, but because nobody has collected enough high-quality African voice data to train them properly.

We are changing that.

Through our platform, we are building one of the largest spoken-language datasets on the African continent — covering languages that have historically been left out of the digital world. And to do it right, we need the people who speak these languages every day to be the ones who build it.

That is where you come in.

We Are Hiring: Platform Speakers and Community Managers

We are currently recruiting for two roles:

**Platform Speakers** — native speakers who record sentences and contribute voice content in their language on the FundrAI platform.

**Community Managers** — platform members who go a step further, helping grow their language community, supporting new speakers, and keeping engagement alive within their language group.

Both roles are **fully remote**, **flexible**, and **performance-based**. You work from your phone, at any time that suits you — whether that is early in the morning, during your lunch break, or late at night. There is no office, no commute, and no fixed schedule. Just you, your phone, and your language.

Here Is What Makes This Different: The Interview Pays You

Most job applications cost you time and nothing else. Ours is different.

Our recruitment process runs through the **DART Competition** — the Digital African Representation and Translation Competition. The DART Competition is FundrAI's structured platform exercise where you record sentences and complete transcription tasks in your native language. It is our way of getting to know your voice, your consistency, and the quality of your work.

In other words, **the DART Competition is our interview — and we pay you to take it.**

**The top 1,000 performers in the DART Competition will each receive ₦40,000 cash.** That is a total prize pool of ₦40,000,000 distributed directly to participants who show up, put in the work, and record with quality.

You do not need a CV. You do not need a degree. You need your voice, your phone, and the language you have spoken since childhood.

How to Improve Your Chances

Selection is straightforward. There are two things that determine how you rank:

How much you record Every recording session and every transcription you complete on the FundrAI platform adds to your performance score. There is no limit to how many sessions you can complete. The more consistently you show up on the platform, the stronger your profile becomes.

How well you record Our quality review system scores every submission for clarity, fluency, and accuracy. Recordings that are clear, natural, and free from background noise rank higher. A smaller number of excellent recordings will always outperform a large number of rushed or noisy ones.

The formula is simple: **consistency plus quality equals selection.**

Start early. Record often. Record well.

You Do Not Have to Win the Competition to Be Hired

This is important, so we want to say it clearly.

The DART Competition determines who receives the ₦40,000 cash prizes. But **platform recruitment is not limited to prize winners.**

Every applicant whose recordings consistently meet our quality standards will be considered for a platform role — whether they finish in the top 1,000 or not. If your voice is clear, your submissions are consistent, and your quality is strong, you will be considered. The competition is the entry point. Your recordings are your application.
